BOOKING

 

How do i book the Venue?

ANS: A signed contract and a non refundable payment are required to secure your booking. We are not able to hold dates based on a verbal commitment.

 

Can i make a site visit?
ANS: Yes, all visits and meetings are by appointment only. You can set up an appointment by filling out the form on the Contact page of our website or simply by Whatsapp at (+852) 5547-8447. 

 

SET UP AND DECORATION

Who is responsible for setting up and cleaning up?

ANS: We will assist in setting up the tables and chairs according to your preference, and so we will also assist in breakdown and cleaning up. However, All self arranged setup i.e. backdrop or decoration must be dismantled and disposed at the Public Refuse Collection Point by the customer.

 

Any restriction?
ANS: Fireworks, real candles and fire crackers are strictly prohibited. Confetti is not allowed. Only petals are allowed with an extra cost of HK$1,000 clearing fee. Any large objects you are planning to place onto our grass area must be agreed by The Grassland.

 

Can we have earlier set up before the booking timeslot?

ANS: Yes if there is no event in previous session. You can come to set up max 1 hour before your event.

AUDIO EQUIPMENT

Any audio equipment provided?

ANS: Yes for an additional fee so that you can play your music. We also provide microphones for you with an extra cost.

Do you have any projectors for screen playing?

ANS: You will have to rent the equipment for playing videos/movies on your own. Usually this can be rented in the decorating company.

 

 

CATERING

Any food provided in your venue?
ANS: We do not serve any food and beverages. You may use vendors of your choice or we recommend to you. 

 

Do you provide kitchen if i use my own vendor?

ANS: We do not have a kitchen in the venue.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

What if the weather is not cooperating?

ANS: In the event of inclement weather, you may rent a canopy from outside vendors. We suggest making your weather decision 7days before to allow the vendors for preparation .

 

What’s your weather contingency plan for outdoors if it should rain?

ANS: We will determine the morning of your wedding, prior to set up, if inclement weather is a possibility and we will deploy the fixed canopy accordingly in Grass Area II.

 

OTHERS

How many guests can your venue hold?

ANS: We can accommodate a maximum of 150 guests.


Do you have a smoking policy?

ANS: Smoking is only permitted at the designated areas with place for the cigarette butts.

Do you have a dressing room?

ANS: Yes! We have a dressing room just located beside the grass area with a private restroom, hair and makeup station.

 

Is there available parking?

ANS: The parking is just located at the entrance area. At most 8 cars can be parked for free. Guests can be shuttled to the Venue if needed with an extra cost.
